Competitive Division games will take place on Mondays, and Recreational Division will take place most;y on Sundays.   Occasionally an alternate day may be required to account for crossover games or holidays.
Fall and Winter the games are run time. 1 hour long. Last two minutes is stop time, if the game is within 2 goals.

ALL players must be properly registered in the Teamlinkt system, and have completed a VSC waiver in order to be eligible to play in the Fall and Winter seasons.

All games MUST be played.  Forfeits will be penalized with a $150 fine which will be paid to the other team.  This is to ensure all teams get the games for which they pay for.

Teams may use subs according to the rules posted for substitute players.  If your team is short, you may access the sub list to fill your roster FOR THE REGULAR SEASON ONLY.  Sub players are permitted in the playoffs.
Teams may use a registered player as a substitute for a maximum of three times per player per team.  Teams may only use subs if they are below 13 runners for that game.
A players ranking for a season is based on the team for which they are properly registered (not a sub).

"B" players may sub in their division for a maximum of five times total.
"C" players may sub in "B" up to a max of three times per team and can sub across in their division up to a max of three times total.
“D" players may sub in "B", "C" up to a max of three times per team and can sub across in their division up to a max of three times total.

Teams MAY use subs for playoffs if they are below 12 players but the players MUST be pulled from a division below and has played three games.  A player may only sub for one team in playoffs.

A list has been created for captains to use for subs.

Teams should make every effort to find an appropriate goaltender if a sub is required.  In extreme circumstances, an exception may be granted for a team to use a goaltender who does not meet the above rules in THE REGULAR SEASON ONLY.   Goalies - teams can use subs of the equal skill level to their current goalie. If you are struggling to find a goalie you can reach out to the league organizer and get approval for a goalie. Goalies must play 1 game to play in the playoffs.

All players must be 16 years of age or older.   No exceptions.  Players 16 and 17 years old MUST have a waiver completed by a parent/guardian.
