Here is this week’s Cgy youth update!
The season has finally started with league play finally getting underway this past Sunday. The final count for teams was 6 in U9, 10 in U12, 7 in U14 and 9 in U17. Last year we had 487 kids registered for the youth program and this year we had 507.
This Wednesday May 7th, Superleagues will be doing a final pass to ensure all the players are registered in their proper division and any last minute corrections to the buddy system that may have been missed.
All the practices and games have been posted on the website.
Superleagues will NOT be correcting Youth stats. Scorekeepers and officials have been reminded to record as accurately as possible the stats. Also to help in this processes. Coaches please make sure that players and their jersey numbers are accurate.
The next coaches clinic will be May 13th and 15th 7pm at VSC. Both clinics cover the exact same material. So please feel free to attend which ever night works best for you.
If you are still missing socks and shorts please make arrangements with the Superleagues office to pick them up.
We are also experiencing a higher than normal amount of tickets and are trying to respond to them as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patients during this process
