The following sections provide details of our Terms of Service and Refund Policies that must be accepted to complete any of our registration forms.  You will be prompted during the registration process to accept and agree to these terms.

By accepting this document, you are waiving certain rights including the right to sue.  I am over the age of 18 or am a Parent/Guardian of the registered player, and I agree with the following in consideration of my participation with Superleagues Sports Club Ltd. I, accepting this form on behalf of myself, my children, my heirs, successors, and assigns, heirs remise, release, indemnify, discharge, and forever hold harmless Superleagues Sports Club Ltd., their directors, employees, volunteers, coaches, instructors, officials, agents, and independent contractors from any claims arising by reason of disease, deterioration of health, illness, or injury to my person, including death or for damages to or loss of my property resulting from participation in league events, using the lands & premises of, from acceptance of the advice of, or from the negligence of Superleagues Sports Club Ltd.

Upon registering as a member of Superleagues, you will automatically be subscribed to our Member Updates email list.   Members will be kept informed of important news and updates such as Registration Details, Payment Deadlines, Schedule changes, and Event details.

Members have the ability to unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the "unsubscribe" link within every email.

All member emails will be kept confidential, and will be used for internal communications only.  We will never expose or sell our lists to any outside party.
